Each of the semi-detached Mandarin Villas offers a tranquil place to relax while appreciating the refined design and natural elements. An open floor plan inside combines thoughtful simplicity with luxurious touches throughout the entire villa.

PRINCESS
Princess Villa comes with a private courtyard and plunge pool to provide guests with a hidden environment to unwind amongst the tropics. Indoors, an airy bedroom with a hand-crafted four poster bed and comfortable living area opens up to the adjacent al fresco bathroom. Heliconias in the surrounding Ginger Garden sway softly in the breeze while guests enjoy their own lush tropical paradise from the comfort of an outdoor sofa-bed. The open-air Balinese bathroom allows guests to sink into a state of bliss while surrounded by the lush natural flora and fauna.

EMPRESS
With a mixture of casual chic decor, understated elegance, and thoughtful design, these villas provide the ultimate retreat. In the master suite, guests are treated to unparalleled views of the Kê Gà Bay and the resort’s Ginger Garden from their second-floor balcony. Consumption of alcohol within the spa is strictly prohibited.
All treatments are based on a strictly clean & therapeutic approach. The management reserves the right to remove any guest from The Spa premises for inappropriate behavior even though she/he was charged for the treatment.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive to the Spa 15 minutes earlier to your treatment for total relaxation.
Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment we will do our best to accommodate you, though the duration of the treatment may be shortened or it may be rescheduled.
Gentlemen are advised to shave 3 hours prior to facial reatment.
To further the treatment process it is recommended to relax for at least 30 minutes after any spa treatments.
We recommend that no jewelry be worn at The Spa and The Management accept no responsibilities for the loss of money or valuables brought to The Spa.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
Guest who is pregnant, have high blood pressure or have any other medical complications are advised to consult the doctor before using spa facilities and treatments.
The management shall not be responsible for any unforeseen allergic reason from the treatment received.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the facilities of The Spa.
