Bringing luxury dining to one of the most historic buildings in the city, The Dining Room at Fraser Suites Hamburg is harkening back to the 1920s with a restaurant that evokes a sense of stepping through time to sample modern takes on some beloved dishes.

We’ve preserved many of the original features of the former Oberfinanzdirektion, from the large oak doors that add a sense of grandeur to the shelving and glass cabinets that would’ve been seen in the original design of the space.
